What I'm Drinking: Lillet on the Rocks
As my margarita-jag settles into the boozy sunset, a new beverage star is rising in the East: Lillet on the rocks with a twist of orange peel. Herbacious, orangey, refreshing, sweet but not syrupy - perfect for sipping on a hot May afternoon, and it's not exceedingly strong so you're not drunk by nightfall.
