We've been having the most ridiculously beautiful clouds lately, with the most ridiculously beautiful skies in the late afternoon as the sun goes low on the horizon and the rays and the shadows get all dramatic and complex.

  2. That one is Joe. And over there is Earl. And that one looks to me like a Betsy... Har, har!

Do I normally cite cloud names? Oh, yeah: those remarkable mammatus clouds. I only remember cloud names if they're named after boobs.

  3. I have noticed the clouds lately, too. In fact, yesterday the sky looked like a scene air brushed on the side of a van what with the sunlight glowing through all undefined and all. It was very nice.

  6. Uh oh, somebody is copyediting my comments. I'd best keep on my toes.

Correction: "...sums it up rather nicely."

But I hope the sum total of my errors is comparatively modest and my sins may be forgiven. Besides, it was earlyish. Not enough coffee.
