And yet more wildflowers. (What makes a flower a "wildflower"? These ones were in fact growing wild, though I recognize them as that well known cultivated whatchyamacallit variety.) I suppose all these flower pics aren't appropriately gender-themed, but sorry, I just think flowers are cool.
Rainbow chicken. I was hanging out with a passel of youngsters last night, and I had a hankering to draw something. I solicited suggestions. There were various responses at first, but they quickly united on "rainbow chicken". (There was actual chanting: "Rain-bow chick-en! Rain-bow chick-en...!) I had no idea what a "rainbow chicken" would look like but I gave it my best shot. Turns out it looks like this. (They approved.) Rain-bow chick-en! Rain-bow chick-en! Rain-bow chick-en...!
Gal with green bow and red sweater. She looks grumpy, I wouldn't mess with her. (Side note #1: It still sort of amazes me that this digital drawrin' can look so darn "paint-y". Or it can look totally smooth and glossy a digital. Wacky.) (Side note #2: Whoah! It's been way too quiet around here. Spinny-plates, yada yada... We'll fix it. Much noisier. Happy-happy.)
