Cafe Brulot

We had family festivities for Christmas Eve, and I wrapped up the meal by making a local classic, Cafe Brulot, basically warmed brandy with spices, set on fire, then mixed with coffee and served (after it's stopped flaming). I hadn't made it before and didn't really know what I was doing, but it turned out quite tasty — and no one was burned in the process. Good fun.
