Phrase-ology: "Talk a Hole in Your Head"

I just heard the following: "My grandmother, she can talk. Give her a chance, she'll talk a hole in your head."

"Talk a hole in your head," I like it.

    That's dangerous because there are already too many people in this world who seem to have no brains which I am assuming is due to the fact that they have too many holes in their head already and brains have drained out. More of these we do not need!!!
