While we're on the subject, I've never lived in easy proximity to a White Castle, but once, while living in Brooklyn, we made an epic subway trek to a bowling alley in a remote corner of Queens, and we had lunch at the White Castle next door. The burgers were soggy and composed, as best as I could tell, almost entirely of ground spleen. Is this a representative sample? Is this the White Castle magic?
Is that a former White Castle?
ReplyDeleteMmm... a little bit of Holy Spirit in every bite.
