It turned clear and cool today, good cooking weather. (Chicken and sausage gumbo, early stages.)


  1. That looks so good! Do you add the sausage to the trinity? I usually add it later, with the stock, but it seems like you could get even more flavor adding it earlier.
    Would you be so kind as to post your recipe?

  2. Am booking a flight to get into some cool, good cooking weather and get out of my fire engulfed area! Food looks great!
