I didn't use any pre-defined filter or such, but I did tweak with photo editing software, as I almost always do. Standard digital photos, even from a good camera, almost always need some "punching up" in my opinion, increased contrast and increased saturation. (And sometimes, I take a bit of poetic license and push things beyond what might strictly be considered "natural".) I like free software. I use Picasa for my photo management, and if a picture just needs a bit of tweaking, I'll use it's built in image editing features. When I want finer-tuned control, I'll use Pixlr editor, a free online photo editor -- sort of a stripped down version of Adobe Photoshop. It does have all the bells and whistles of the fancy not-free stuff, but it almost always serves my needs.
This the previous picture are absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeletegorgeous!!
ReplyDeletedid you do some computer manipulation or use "filters" (sorry for pulling back the curtain to peek)
